PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

1. General
1.1 This website is operated by We Sell Mac An independent platform for ex lease Apple Products.
1.2 The “seller”, “us”, “we” means We Sell Mac.
1.3 The “customer”, “you” means any person or company who buys or intends to buy from this website.
1.4 The “goods” means goods provided by the seller in accordance with seller’s standard terms and conditions.
1.5 These terms and conditions may change without any notice to you in relation to future orders
1.6 Your order from our website is considered to be your offer to purchase the relevant goods. Our order acknowledge email is not confirmation that we have accepted your order and any order we accept is done so entirely at our discretion.
1.7 A formal contract between seller and customer only exists when we have accepted your offer to purchase and we have received payment (in cleared funds) for such order.
1.8 Orders may be cancelled by customer subject to the terms set out in Section 8.

wesellmac.co.uk is owned and operated by We Sell Mac. wesellmac.co.uk is not endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with any companies mentioned on wesellmac.co.uk. All brands, copyrights, logos, likenesses and registered trademarks are property of their respective companies or organisations. wesellmac.co.uk is not endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with any companies or organisations mentioned on wesellmac.co.uk, unless otherwise mentioned.

 

3. PRIVACY STATEMENT/INFORMATION.

wesellmac.co.uk respects your right to privacy and does not jeopardise in any way information that is input on our site when submitting items. All information you enter on the site including email address, name, contact details and required ID’s are used solely for the purposes of completing your transaction.

3.1 Privacy – We will never sell your personal information with any third party except as described above for the police weblink system. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.  Any information you provide will remain private and will not be shared by any third parties. 3.2 DATA SAFE DATA SECURE – wesellmac.co.uk understands the need to protect all information stored on devices that you submit through our system. Every device that comes through our facility is thoroughly wiped of all data and reset to factory settings as soon as it arrives at our facility.

4. Payment
4.1 Payment can be made via any of the payment methods shown on this website during the order placement process. These payment methods may change from time to time.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method.
4.3 Orders will only be shipped when full payment has been received and has cleared to our bank account, unless customer has a written credit agreement with us.
4.4 Payment must be made in full without any deductions. In the case of bank transfers all bank fees must be paid by customer
4.5 Payments via credit card or debit card are subject to a combination of automated and/or manual risk checks. Payment is only accepted when it has passed the checks deemed necessary by seller or our Merchant.
4.6 Stock is only allocated to customer orders when full payment has been received in our bank account or credit card payment has cleared all security checks.

5. Description of goods and price of goods
5.1 The price and description of the goods will be clearly shown on this website at the time you place your order
5.2 Should we be unable to supply a product we will inform you within 48 hours and any funds paid to us will be refunded within 7 days.
5.3 Should we discover that a product has been incorrectly priced on our website we will inform you of this within 48 hours of discovering this. You may then choose to cancel your order and have the payment refunded, or you may choose to continue with the order at the new price.
5.4 Delivery charges are not included in the prices shown for each product. Delivery charges will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
5.5 By placing an order from our website customer agrees to pay the price advertised for the product at that time. Prices may change in future with no prior notice, this does not entitle the customer to avail of the new lower price. Customer may choose to cancel the order and place a new order at the lower price, subject to the terms in Section 8.
5.6 Images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

 

6. Delivery of goods
6.1 We offer a range of delivery options, all of which are displayed during the checkout process on our website.
6.2 The estimated delivery times stated on our website are indications only. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery by the chosen delivery company.
6.3 We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Should it not be possible to ship an order within the expected time we will inform customer via email.
6.4 Certain orders may be subject to additional credit checks, which may delay shipping of orders. We will make every effort to keep the customer information of any processing delays.
6.5 If you deliberately fail to take delivery of an order it is the normal practise of the delivery company to return the order to us. Once we receive order back, we will refund the product price within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Some delivery companies apply a charge for returning items to us, if this is the case we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
6.6 Upon delivery of the Goods, you may be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, you should either note this on the Proof of Delivery or refuse to accept delivery of the Order.
6.7 We shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where you accept delivery and sign the Proof of Delivery without amendment.
6.7 No refund of shipping charges will be made for delayed deliveries unless the delivery company agrees to make the appropriate refund to us, or unless a shipping method that clearly indicates a money-back guarantee is chosen. 4.8 Shipping charges may change from time to time. Correct shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
6.9 Any discrepancies must be informed to us within two business days from receipt of the order. We recommend reporting discrepancies to us via email. No claims of missing and/or damaged items will be entertained if received later than two days from receipt of goods.
6.10 It is the responsibility of the customer to provide full and correct address details. We are not liable for any delay or loss caused by incorrect address details being provided by the customer.

7. Risk/Title

7.1 The goods are at your risk from the point where you have received delivery of the goods
7.2 Ownership of the goods does not pass to customer until seller has received payment in full for goods and related charges (such as shipping charges)
7.3 Supplier is entitled to recover payment for goods even though ownership of the goods has not passed from supplier

 

8. Customer’s right to cancel

8.1 Orders that have been placed on our website but which have not yet been processed can be cancelled by logging in to our website and choosing the “cancel order” option.
8.2 Orders that have been shipped may be cancelled by the customer under The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Chargers) Regulation 2013 by contacting us within 14 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or physical possession of the person the customer has asked us to deliver the goods to or the sales contract consists of an order for multiple goods that are delivered on different days, within 14 days, starting the day after the day on which the last of the goods comes into the physical possession of the customer or the physical possession of the person the customer has asked us to deliver the goods to.
8.3 The right to cancel does not apply to business customers. We are not obliged to exchange and/or refund purchases from business customers for any reason, apart from exchanges under the warranty policy.
8.4  When cancelling a contract in accordance with 8.2 above you must give notice of your intention to cancel the contract and also return the item in question in order to receive a refund. We recommend that you cancel your order in writing. This can be done using our online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) system (which can be found by choosing the “Returns Request” in the account overview) or our Return Request form.
8.5 The cost of returning your order to us is at your expense. We recommend using a recorded shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage while the product is in transit.
8.6 A full refund will be issued to customer on receipt of the goods including any original delivery charge as long the order is cancelled with in the 14 days* please review Section 8.2 for cancellation.
8.7 You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged while in your possession or while in transit.
8.8 Refunds will be made to the customer via the original payment method within 14 days or earlier of our receipt of returned goods.
8.9 Goods returned to us must be in resalable state. Customer will be liable for any diminished value to the goods where they have been handled inappropriately.
8.10 The right to cancel does not cover any type of software which has been unsealed by you. This also covers downloadable software of any type, where you have received a licence code in sealed packaging.

8.11 If the goods are used you will be subject to a Disk wiping and Reloading fee this will be charged at £60 for PC based systems and £80 for Apple Mac systems.

8.12 Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Warranty

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28 days guarantee and We Sell Mac 30 day RTB warranty unless an additional extended warranty has been purchased. You can cancel your order at anytime, contact us on support@wesellmac.co.uk. Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are happy with supplied equipment.

If you wish to return any equipment within 14 days, because you are not satisfied or the equipment supplied is not suitable, please email on support@wesellmac.co.uk.

Note: Carriage costs are not refundable.

A member of the support team will issue you with a returns number which you will need to mark on the outside of the box. If you are unable to arrange transport yourself we can provide this service, (at our standard carriage rates) and arrange to have the equipment collected. As soon as we receive the equipment and check that everything has been returned in good working order, depending on your payment method either your PayPal , credit card or bank account will be re-credited or a cheque will be raised and posted.

Returns will not be accepted if there has not been a returns number issued.

If within the first 30 days of purchase, for any reason you experience a problem with any of the equipment we have supplied you please email on support@wesellmac.co.uk  and ask to speak to a member of our technical team, who will talk you through any problems. Should the problem be hardware related you will be issued with a returns number and an advance exchange unit will be shipped out to you, when the new unit arrives repackage the faulty one in the box and our courier will swap out the unit.

Please be aware that if the equipment is incorrectly packed and transit damage arises we will not be in a position to offer a refund.

Should we be unable to supply an identical model you will be offered a comparable replacement or a full refund.

If you experience any problems outside of the 28 day warranty period please do not hesitate to call us. If we can help we will. We do not consider you a customer only until the warranty expires.

All content, including text, images, logos, concepts and technology on this site are the exclusive property of and owned by We Sell Mac and are protected by trademark laws. No content may be used or copied without the express consent of We Sell Mac
